Our Workforce

Our highly skilled and motivated workforce are recruited from Jobcentre Plus, through the Work Choice programme. Work Choice is a government programme which aims to support disabled/disadvantaged people into employment. More than 80 per cent of Matrix Fife workforce has a disability or long term health condition.

We provide employment, paying the Scottish Government’s Living Wage along with the same terms and conditions as other Fife Council employees, therefore our employees are more integrated in the community by becoming socially and economically involved.
