Our highly skilled and motivated workforce are recruited from Jobcentre Plus, through the Work Choice programme. Work Choice is a government programme which aims to support disabled/disadvantaged people into employment. More than 80 per cent of Matrix Fife workforce has a disability or long term health condition.
